It is not to often I write anything here, for the fact that A) I don't have the time and B) No one reads it, or cares, but I had to get this off my chest.

Anyone that knows me, knows I am a HUGE Denver Broncos fan. I have been through the glory days and the crappy days. Unfortunately, until recently it has been mostly crappy. Anyway, the latest move by the head brass burns my biscuits! It may not be that Tebow is the answer, but MANNING!? Please!? Manning had his time. I am not trying to take anything away from the guy. During his time, he was AMAZING, seriously AMAZING! But, now it is Tebow-Time! Last year, it was Orton's offense, he sucked, and then they threw in Tebow. They have No Time to plan for a new offense, so they give him what he is most familiar with, a College Offense. Sure a bit unorthodox, but Tebow brings the team together and WILLS WINS! This young Quarterback fumbles through on a makeshift offense, goes to the playoffs, and wins against the great Steelers. What more could you want ELWAY!?!?!!!! I loved Elway as a player, but as management.....eh, well, that is still up in the air. I think the way he is treating Tebow is just plain TERRIBLE and WRONG. I love Tebow! I think he is great for the team, and great for the game. However, if he is not the best QB for the team, then we will have to move on in search of someone better. That is the nature of the game. But Please Elway, at least give him one year for it to be his offense, let him know that you are behind him, and give him the best possible chance to succeed! Don't go chasing the dreams of yesteryear by bring in a legendary, but super risky injury magnet, because then we will just be in the same boat we were before. We will be looking at what we were instead of what we could be.

3/19/12 UPDATE: Well, it is official. For better or for worse, Manning is now a Broncos. Everyone is excited around me, however, I myself proceed with careful optimism. I must admit that I do like that we have a legendary Quarterback, but as history has proven over and over, it is not always a guarantee of success. Especially, at this point in his career. I just hope that he takes us to as many playoffs as he has kicked us out of them! We will see how it all plays out.

I am sure the attention will now turn to Tebow. I am still disappoint with the way they handled the situation. I really wish they would have had more faith in him, but Broncos are my team, and I have to believe they are trying to do what is best for the team. I have never followed just a player. However, if he stays with us, or he moves on, I will keep an eye on Tebow. As I stated before, I love who he is, what he stands for, and what he does for the game. Whether it is with us, or someone else, I for one, will continue "Tebowing"! Good Luck Tebow, and Go BRONCOS!
